Free day at the childrens museum!

Awe this one pulls on my heart strings.

This is more for me than you. I know I can always come back and get them if my computer ever crashes. (cross my fingers, knock on wood, throw some salt)

I guess you noticed that a only have a couple of pictures of my youngest, but actually I have more of him than my oldest. The only thing is in every one I can only see the back of him or the side of his head he never stays still.

I went to Target and made a big mess...

This was my first transaction and it went off with out a hitch. My next transaction was Charmin TP I thought you only had to buy one to get the $5 gift card but you have to buy 2 so I took it back, but here is where it gets funny they gave me full price plus the price of the coupons I used, and I used target + manufacture Q's so I got back about $2.00 more than I spent.

This is the second time this week I got paid to shop and it make me very uncomfortable. I like couponing enough to try my hardest to keep it honest so maybe my kids can do it one day. That will never happen if ppl keep abusing the system. And honestly I feel more and more ppl are doing so. Times are hard ppl are looking for more & more ways to save money
and not all of them are very honest ppl.

I feel like a year and a half ago when I started couponing their was a very tight nit community of couponers with only a few bad seeds. Now I feel its everywhere and more and more you here about the ppl who try to use 20+ Foodlion coupons at Publix and so forth. Now Publix barley take any competitor coupon. That was just an example.

Oh while I'm on my soap box, what about the ppl who make copy's of IP Coupons. Ya I know you did not go to 15 different computers to print out 30 coupons of one thing. I would say very very few ppl do this, and almost none to that extreme.

Now to apologize for my little rant. It's just getting back in to this I stumbled upon some new not so honest blogs. And even though I got more money back today than I spent it wasn't something I planed on happing. And getting paid cash to shop somewhere is never a good Idea in my book.

Wags really? CVS Also?

Yep I did it, Wag's and CVS both. I ventured out early this morning. I'm glad I did It make me realize how much I miss getting free stuff, not that it was all free, but it was mostly tax.

I started out at Wag's with the Triaminic (we really needed this) could not find the $2 store coupon so that was $5.00 bucks out of the $9 I spent today, got back $5 RR. My second transaction was a the Schick Razor (which my husband loved) & a Christmas pot holder Spent only $1.10 on that got back $3 RR. I did not wanna leave with any RR because I am horrible about letting them expire. So for my last transaction I bought a Christmas cd & cup and a roll of tp. Got to get my Tp stock back up.

As for CVS I did 4 transactions. I bought the Bayer got $5 ECB, then bought the hat and mini ornaments, then another hat, then the emergen-c, and the last one was body spray and baby shampoo. I spent about $2.50 at CVS and still have a $4 ECB.

I cant wait till next week!!

The worlds best coupon blogger publix trip #2 this week

Love this picture? All dark such an odd angle. The kids where coming down stairs and I had to hide all the hot wheels stuff and fast!

What else makes me the worlds best coupon blogger I have no idea how much I saved.(lol) I remember how much I spent but I'm just guesstimating how much I saved I have lost my receipt.

Spent$2.57 + tax
Saved around $18

This will more than likely be my last trip this week unless they have an awesome penny Item. If they do I'm sure I can make up a small transaction.

I'm back!! publix trip!

$3.32 for all (whats not to like)

I have barely been couponing lately. It got overwhelming to say the least, it seemed like such a hassle to even look through the list for a while. I missed it a lot but not enough to jump back in. So Ive been doing a few things here and their but today was my first big trip back, I hope you can get some Ideas! I also hope to stay inspired. My husband said he really missed making the display look nice for yall so I took a picture. And as always for a full list of coupon match ups go to southern savers.

2 trips, the first one they paid me because she would not use a coupon so I told her to take the item off so my balance went negative.
They paid me .70¢
saved $37.74

2nd trip went a lot smoother
order total was .53¢ +
tax was $3.49
saved $53.95

so $4.02 - .70¢ =$3.32 for all
