I totally spaced on Menu Plan Monday, so I threw this together.
Monday * Chicken breast with rice and cream of chicken soup mixed together
Tuesday* Mac and chicken with crushed crackers baked on top
Wednesday* Hamburger (drained and rinsed) helper with white rice added
Thursday* lean pork marinated in A1 grilled ( I am thinking kabobs onion mushroom green pepper maybe a few pineapple/apple)
Friday* homemade veggie pizza with jays signature crust. This crust is better than delivery, it takes time but doesn't all good thing?
I am on a diet, only watching my fat grams though. So all this is little to no fat all the chicken is skinless boneless breast I boil.
