Corned Beef with carrots and onion /cabbage
Tuesday-
BBQ baked chicken with baked beans Potato's & green Beans!
Wednesday-
Baked (out of propane 4 the grill) pork chops marinated in A-1 Corn on the cob peas
Thursday-
Shrimp stir-fry with mix veggies /rice
Friday-
Beef with broccoli /rice
I have collard greens I am going to be eating till they are gone cant wait to cook these!
I am going to try to make low fat (sammiches lol) for lunches.

When I was at Wegmans today I was eying up steaks.. the grill has been calling to me for weeks now. I can't wait till spring.
