menu plan Monday

I have set out 2 large packs of chicken for this week.

 I am going to make a large batch of chicken breast Fajitas.
I will eat these for days straight if I could.

also some of this Chinese chicken broccoli and noddle
I'm thinking of throwing some shrimp in their.

And this Addictive Sesame Chicken with white rice from All (my kitchen bible these days I wont boil water with out it.:-)
 So that takes care of the 2 big packs of chicken If I have leftovers they will be lunch for me and the hubby.

We will have tacos and low fat bean burritos yum and easy. I'm hoping to find a good Mexican rice recipe or at least buy an order from my favorite Mexican place.

My husband wants Chili this week I know he wants my homemade chili but we have 30 or so cans of the chili masters I will just open a few of them and spice it up plus I can put cheese and sour cream on top. He will love it.

For breakfast Ill make some fried (in pam) egg whites lean ham on toast This is seriously good and filling and I think it only has 1 or 2 grams of fat. Or cereal w/fruit.
